Job Title: Program & Operations Manager – Housing and Residence Life Location: Atlanta, Georgia Job ID: 299519 About the Role Provide promotional, administrative, performance assessment, and financial/accounting services in support of assigned program(s) within a research center, academic unit, or other campus units. The role encompasses coordination of program marketing, administration, operations, and development, and interacts consistently with research, academic, and administrative management and staff across campus, vendors, and sponsors. Key Responsibilities Design and develop promotional and marketing materials for specific target audiences to support program outreach efforts. Plan, schedule, and coordinate promotional events. Coordinate administrative activities associated with program operations such as procurement, records maintenance, compliance, meeting arrangements and minutes, and document preparation. Develop, analyze, reconcile, and report financial data related to program operations. Develop and maintain performance assessment tools applied in program reviews to measure and report progress. Collaborate with internal and external entities to aid institutional or program support. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Four to six years of job‑related experience. Experience in program promotion, marketing, and administration. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Student Affairs, Counseling, Higher Education Administration, or related field. Event management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Graphic design skills. Detail‑oriented marketing and design experience. Compensation Pay Range: $56,000‑$72,000 per year. Skills and Abilities This position requires working knowledge of program promotion and administration, development and administration of program assessment tools, marketing and financial analysis and reporting. Required skills include planning, organization, written and spoken communication, scheduling, and customer service.
