Marketing and Admissions Director

About This Role We are looking for a driven, personable, and results-focused Marketing & Admissions Director to grow our census and lead our admissions process. You will build referral relationships in the community, manage every inquiry from first call to move-in, and be the face of our facility to hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and families. What We Offer Benefits for Full-Time Staff Include: Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Insurance. 401(K) with company match PTO Virtual Doctor Visits - Telehealth Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life and AD&D Insurance Disability Insurance KISx Card (surgery and imaging program) Tuition Reimbursement Daily Pay Available Fun, Creative, and Mission-driven work environment Supportive leadership that values your ideas What You'll Do Develop and execute a proactive census development plan targeting skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living referral sources Build and maintain relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians, and managed care organizations Conduct regular in-person sales calls, facility tours, and presentations to referral sources and prospective residents and families Respond to all referrals and inquiries same day — urgent referrals within one hour Screen referrals for clinical and financial appropriateness with the DON and Business Office Manage the full admissions process from inquiry through move-in including paperwork and room coordination Monitor census by payer mix daily and develop strategies to maintain and grow occupancy Manage the facility’s digital presence including website, Google Business profile, and online reviews Plan and execute community events, open houses, and referral appreciation programs Track and report census, referral, and conversion data to the Administrator weekly Requirements Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales, marketing, or admissions experience — long-term care or post-acute experience strongly preferred Established relationships with local hospital discharge planners and case managers preferred Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payer sources Experience with CRM or admissions tracking software — PointClickCare or Enquire a plus Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Professional appearance and confident, credible presence in the community Equal Opportunity Employer.
