Bilingual Associate Attorney

Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, motion practice, and trials. Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and discovery responses. Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and other legal documents. Review and sign pleadings and other case-related filings. Evaluate and review new case matters. Conduct client consultations and intake interviews. Manage cases through all phases of litigation. Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management. Maintain accurate case files and comply with court deadlines. The ideal candidate is confident in court, possesses strong legal writing and analytical skills, and can effectively manage a caseload while providing guidance and support to legal staff. Some travel within Arizona is required. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law (Arizona Bar admission preferred). Litigation experience preferred. Immigration law experience preferred but not required. Personal injury litigation experience is a plus. Strong courtroom advocacy, legal research, and legal writing skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining all required continuing legal education (CLE) requirements. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Two or more years of litigation experience. Experience handling client-facing legal matters and court appearances.
