Basic Qualifications Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or a related discipline and 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in industrial or mechanical engineering. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent followed by 5 years of progressively responsible post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include: 3 years of experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing 3 years of experience with process design based on Lean Principles 3 years of experience in system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analyses, statistical analyses, reliability analyses, and decision making 3 years of experience in management of engineering design projects 3 years of experience using quantitative and qualitative data to drive improvements Preferred Qualifications All applicants must meet all the above listed requirements.
