Customer Service Representative Company: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner) HireNow Snapshot HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned, highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join one of our valued client partners in Tualatin, Oregon . This full-time onsite opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience supporting industrial customers, inside sales, and order management. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing exceptional service, processing orders accurately, preparing quotations, and partnering with outside sales to deliver effective MROP (Maintenance, Repair, Operations, and Production) solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial distribution environment. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, inventory availability, shipping status, and order information
• Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Prepare competitive quotations while ensuring pricing accuracy
• Enter and maintain customer sales information within company systems
• Source products that meet customer specifications and application requirements
• Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support customer accounts and business growth
• Verify order accuracy before processing to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain organized customer records and documentation
• Assist with inventory-related inquiries and coordinate with warehouse personnel as needed
• Perform occasional warehouse-related duties, including lifting materials up to 30 pounds
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous inside sales or customer service experience
• Strong data entry and computer proficiency
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work onsite in Tualatin, Oregon
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when required
• U.S.-based applicants only

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience within metalworking, industrial distribution, or industrial supply
• Experience supporting MROP products and industrial customers
• Experience using Profit 21 (P21) ERP software
• Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
• Experience supporting outside sales representatives
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service

HireNow Package

• Compensation: $45,000–$60,000 annually

• Employment Type: Full-Time
