About the Role Alethia's design and brand team shapes how the world understands organizational foresight. We translate complex intelligence systems into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with C suite executives and industry leaders. We bridge product development, client solutions, and marketing, creating cohesive storytelling across every touchpoint, from client presentations to thought leadership to brand experiences. Communicating the power of Alethia's intelligence framework is some of the most important work at Alethia, and our goal is to do it beautifully, clearly, and with authenticity. What You'll Do Define and evolve Alethia's visual identity across all brand touchpoints Lead creative direction for high visibility projects including website, events, client presentations, and thought leadership Design systems and frameworks that make complex intelligence concepts accessible and compelling Create brand experiences for enterprise clients, partner events, and industry conferences Collaborate cross functionally with Product, Client Solutions, and Sales to ensure brand consistency Develop visual storytelling for case studies, white papers, and research publications Enhance our platform narrative through intelligent, concept driven design Contribute to design culture and establish visual standards as Alethia scales What We’re Looking For, Required 5+ years creating comprehensive design systems across brand, marketing, and communications Portfolio demonstrating strength in typography, information design, presentation design, and brand systems Ability to translate complexity into clarity, taking dense intelligence concepts and making them visually compelling Strong design thinking for executive level communications and enterprise marketing Experience working collaboratively, balancing stakeholder needs while maintaining design excellence You’ll Thrive If You Are detail oriented from concept through final execution Thrive in fast moving, ambiguous environments where you help define the path forward Have strong appreciation for aesthetics, user experience, and ethical design Can inspire and sustain excellence across teams Are comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to senior leadership See design as strategic, not decorative #J-18808-Ljbffr
