Job Description
The Construction Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting construction projects by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless workflow among all parties involved. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules and timetables to ensure timely completion
- Facilitate communication between contractors, suppliers, and project managers
- Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders
- Assist in ordering and tracking materials and equipment
- Support documentation management, including contracts, permits, and compliance records
- Help identify and resolve any project issues or delays
- Collaborate with teams to maintain safety and quality standards on site
