Are you passionate about early childhood education and ready to inspire young learners as they prepare for kindergarten? Little Bear Learning Center is looking for a dedicated 4K Teacher to join our team and create an engaging, supportive, and fun learning environment for children entering their school journey.

As a 4K Teacher, you will:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Wisconsin 4K standards

• Create a warm, inclusive classroom where children feel safe and confident

• Foster early literacy, math, social, and problem-solving skills through play and guided activities

• Use assessments to monitor progress and inform instruction

• Communicate regularly with families about their child’s growth and daily experiences

• Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment

• Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership on planning and classroom goals

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience teaching young children (4K or early childhood preferred)

• Holds current Wisconsin educator licensure or meets state requirements for 4K teaching

• Is passionate about early learning and child development

• Communicates positively with children, families, and colleagues

• Embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom

• Is organized, reflective, and committed to ongoing professional growth

Pay: $16-$20 and hour
