IT Support Specialist — Level/2

Salary: $39,520 - 45,760 per year Requirements:

• Proficiency in PC imaging, setup, and system configuration
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred: Experience in multi-site or managed service environments, hardware and software deployment practices, and system monitoring or performance optimization
• Preferred: CompTIA A+ or equivalent industry certification
• Reliable, proactive, composed, accountable, and committed to providing high-quality client service and continued professional growth
• Three years of experience working with executives (required)
• Three years of experience installing and supporting IT hardware and software (required)
• Fluency in English (required)
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time; willingness to occasionally assist offshore teams for an hour or two during evenings or weekends
• Punctuality for scheduled appointments and willingness to remain onsite until assigned work is complete

• Set up, image, configure, and deploy PCs and other hardware for end users
• Install, configure, and support VoIP phone systems
• Configure and deploy storage systems and peripheral hardware
• Install and configure software applications, updates, and licenses
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and end-user device issues
• Test and validate configurations and document completed work
• Provide professional technical support and troubleshooting in client environments
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with offshore and nearshore delivery teams to resolve requests promptly and accurately
