Salary: $33,280 - 33,280 per year Requirements:

Hands-on desktop or PC support or deployment experience
Windows 11 support experience
iOS or iPhone support experience
Familiarity with M365 and Outlook
Familiarity with Azure MFA and SSO
Device provisioning and enrollment experience
Strong end-user and customer-facing support skills
Basic application and peripheral troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver, replace, and upgrade Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices
Provision new devices and help employees enroll them
Configure Wi-Fi, Azure MFA, SSO, M365, and Outlook
Back up and migrate iOS data through OneDrive
Confirm applications, configurations, and peripherals are functioning
Troubleshoot deployment issues and escalate when needed
Collect, tag, document, and process retired devices

This role pays $16–$17 per hour.
