Museum and Archives Coordinator

Are you an outgoing history buff who loves connecting with people just as much as diving into archives? We are looking for a proactive, extroverted Museum & Archives Coordinator to manage our historic collection, support high-profile medical stakeholders with deep-dive research, and design our annual flagship conference exhibit. In this highly collaborative role, you will also get to flex your creative muscles by expanding our digital footprint and leading our popular "Museum Mondays" social media content. salary: $35 - $37 per hour

Responsibilities

• Archival & Digital Management: Maintain and catalog existing artifacts via PastPerfect, while expanding social media and website engagement.

• Research & Committee Liaison: Act as the primary historian for deep research requests from medical stakeholders and serve as the main liaison for the History Committee.

• Exhibit & Event Curation: Lead the design and production of the annual conference historical exhibit, manage the History Forum, and source museum store inventory.

• Outreach & Daily Collaboration: Conduct museum tours, interface with regional historical organizations, and partner with internal marketing and communications teams to drive public outreach.
