Job Location - Ixonia, WI

Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) - 2nd Shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm)

Starting Pay - $19 per hour

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience - At least 2 years of experience

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Load/unload stamping dies up to 20,000 lbs, transfer materials/containers, unload trucks with incoming steel for stamping department.
• Perform incoming inspection on coil and receive material into system.
• Provide assistance for stamping tooling set-up.
• Comply with policies, processes, and systems of the ISO quality management system.
• Support the commitment to a safe work environment as stated in the safety vision and the safety manual.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School education supplemented by on-the-job training, including outside training.
• Min. 5 years forklift experience in tooling setup of large tools (greater than 10,000 lbs).
• Experience working a manufacturing environment a plus.
• Strong industrial math skills and attention to details.
• Ability to learn tasks, and follow directions, including use of measurement equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
