The primary objective at every marketing level is to drive inbound enquiries and sales by helping suitable users discover the product and sign up for themselves through the website signup form. Cold calling and other direct outreach are optional supporting channels; their use should contribute to this self-service growth objective. Weekly reviews focus on agreed work and progress towards qualified website signups and inbound demand. Activation, paid conversions and acquisition efficiency are assessed over a suitable longer window; impressions, followers and raw traffic alone are not success. What you will do Research audience needs and turn findings into messages and experiments that encourage suitable users to sign up for CommentFor through the website. Write copy, publish campaigns and manage assigned distribution activities with a clear website signup objective. Track the journey from campaign visit to signup-form completion, activation and paid conversion, alongside qualified inbound enquiries. Identify where potential users drop out, distinguish evidence from assumptions and propose practical improvements to messages, landing pages and signup journeys. Run small experiments, explain their contribution to inbound sales and self-service growth, and implement improvements with product, sales and creative colleagues. What we look for 0–2 years of relevant experience; strong freshers and practical projects are welcome. Clear writing and basic confidence with spreadsheets and campaign analytics. Ability to explain a small experiment, its measurement and what you changed. Willingness to execute campaigns personally and check AI-generated claims. Full-time. Remote. Primarily focused on India. Global applications welcome.₹30,000 per month gross fixed, before applicable deductions (₹3.6 lakh annual fixed compensation). Plus performance-based incentives; calculations, eligibility and payout terms will be explained during interviews. Reliable measurement must lead to practical changes; traffic and reports alone do not establish success. Perks and working arrangements Fully remote: applications are welcome from any location. Compensation is fixed in INR and does not vary by location. No relocation assistance is provided. Working week: typically Monday to Saturday, with flexibility to organise your hours around campaign deadlines, customer research and team commitments. Target-based time off: after meeting your agreed individual weekly marketing commitments, arrange additional time off with your manager, ensuring campaign and team coverage. Annual leave: 20 days of paid leave plus 10 days of medical/sick leave annually. Target-based time off is additional to this allowance. Own useful marketing work, collaborate directly with the founder, sales team and video editor, and receive practical feedback. AI-enabled work: use AI for research, production and productivity while remaining responsible for accuracy, decisions and results.
