Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various sources, including website analytics, CRM systems, and campaign platforms. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, and customer acquisition cost. Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for campaign improvement and strategic planning. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns, website performance, and user experience. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on data analysis to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide customized reporting and analysis. Requirements Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on marketing metrics. Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling techniques. Expertise in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets). Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation is highly desirable.
