City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative - Entry Level to help us grow in Central New Jersey. This is an opportunity to learn consultative selling in a professional-services environment, work directly with local business leaders, and develop the skills to build a long-term career in sales, account management, or business development.

We help office buildings, medical facilities, schools, warehouses, property managers, and other businesses simplify their facility-service needs. Our team coordinates commercial janitorial, maintenance, and specialty services through a network of qualified service providers. You will help introduce City Wide to prospective clients, uncover their needs, and create opportunities for our sales team.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and identify commercial clients across Central New Jersey.
• Research target companies, properties, decision-makers, and facility-service needs.
• Make outbound calls, send targeted emails, use LinkedIn, attend networking events, and conduct local in-person prospecting.
• Build relationships with office managers, facility managers, property managers, business owners, and operations leaders.
• Qualify prospects and schedule facility walkthroughs and sales appointments.
• Learn to identify service challenges and clearly explain how City Wide can help.
• Maintain complete and accurate prospect activity, notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, role-playing, networking events, and occasional client visits.
• Consistently work toward agreed monthly activity, appointment-setting, and pipeline-development goals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, hospitality, athletics, business development, or another client-facing role.
• Comfortable with consistent outbound outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, and in person.
• Experience setting sales appointments is helpful.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, LinkedIn, and CRM tools; prior CRM experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local prospecting and client visits, and able to drive throughout Central New Jersey several times a week.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

• Base salary of 50,000-54,000 USD/year plus uncapped commission.
