ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in minor league sports. A trusted mentor introduced me to agency ownership and helped me see the impact I could have by serving customers and developing future leaders. I’ve always loved the competitive side of sports and quickly realized that same drive and energy could be applied to building a successful agency.

I’m married with two daughters and enjoy golfing, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. One of my favorite parts of agency ownership is brainstorming with my team and finding new ways to improve and grow together. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency supports local charities and hosts fundraising efforts throughout the year, including partnerships with organizations like Front Porch Housing.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Zach Sprunger - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
