You’ll help identify customer concerns, communicate service recommendations, coordinate with technicians, and ensure every guest receives a professional and positive experience.Responsibilities include:* Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner* Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs* Create and manage repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail* Review vehicle maintenance needs and recommended repairs with customers* Provide clear estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the service visit* Partner with technicians to understand repair recommendations and service status* Communicate additional service needs and obtain customer approval when needed* Follow up with customers to ensure they feel informed and supported* Process payments and review completed work at vehicle delivery* Maintain a strong sense of urgency in a high-volume service environment* Deliver an experience that helps earn customers for life## What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, organized, and comfortable working with customers in a fast-paced setting.
