This role partners with our Specialized Recruiting Group as they serve our client companies through selection and placement of well qualified local professionals in Accounting, Engineering and Senior Leadership roles. Use tools like indeed, LinkedIn, Google, and our own applicant tracking system to perform recruiting based activities across Central Illinois. Conduct professional first interviews and prepare selected finalists for client based follow-up. Attend local career fairs and become the expert on graduating professionals at area universities. Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls. Possessing a curious nature with an engaging personality, you’ll be having conversations and using your words on the phone and sometimes in person. Knowledge of recruiting processes, accounting and finance, or other related experiences. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
