Manufacturing Engineer

Position Summary
Will work to develop, improve, and support all productions processes associated with the launch, manufacture, and testing of products to promised parameters and quality standards in a Machining environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Will be programming equipment, create CNC code, and tool path simulation
Will be primary contact for design engineering & program management for internal manufacturing processes.
Will create and maintain manufacturing methods, bill of Materials, labor standards for ERP system.
Will participate in related Continuous Improvement cost reductions and process improvements.
Will design tooling fixtures, gages, and equipment using Inventor 3-D CAD software & MasterCam.
Provide analysis for manufacturing variances to help identify key area in need of improvement
Be willing and able to be hands-on in all facets of the machining processes needed to manufacture product to promised parameters and specifications.
Able to not just have knowledge of, but actual hands-on experience with GD&T.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Four year degree in engineering preferred with 3 or more years of experience or 10-15 years of progressive manufacturing job responsibilities in lieu of a degree in Engineering
