Join Our Service Team! We're looking for an experienced, detail-orientedWarranty Administratorto become a key member of our growing dealership. If you understand manufacturer warranty policies, enjoy keeping things organized, and take pride in getting claims processed accurately and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Process and submit Ford warranty claims accurately and on time.Review repair orders, technician stories, labor operations, and parts for claim compliance.Monitor claim approvals, rejections, and payments while resolving discrepancies.Support manufacturer warranty audits and maintain required documentation.Work closely with service advisors, technicians, parts, and Ford Warranty Representatives.Help maximize warranty reimbursement while ensuring compliance with Ford policies. What We're Looking For Previous automotive warranty administration experience preferred.Knowledge of Ford warranty procedures is a strong plus.Experience with CDK dealership management system preferred.Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment.
