We’re hiring a Service Advisor at JM Auto Service in Eveleth, Minnesota , right in the heart of the Iron Range.

Up here, the commute is short, housing is still attainable, lakes are everywhere, and your paycheck actually goes somewhere. Hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, hiking, and time outside aren’t things you have to plan a weekend around. Duluth and Lake Superior are 45 minutes away, and day-to-day life is a whole lot simpler.

We’re JM Auto Service — a busy, family-owned independent repair shop with a 4.8 Google rating and 400+ reviews. We have a strong customer base, a good team, solid systems, and plenty of work.

We’re not looking for someone to simply answer the phone and write up cars.

We want someone who enjoys talking with people, selling, solving problems, keeping things moving, and taking care of customers.

You’ll work with customers from the first phone call through pickup, explain recommendations clearly, build trust, sell needed repairs and maintenance, coordinate with technicians, and help keep the shop flowing.

For the right person, this is more than a Service Advisor position. There is real opportunity to grow into a management role as the company continues to grow.

• Service Advisor experience is a big plus
