Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that take into account patients' medical histories and current health challenges.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and physical health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical expertise will primarily benefit individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain syndromes, and substance use disorders. By addressing both psychological and physical aspects of health, you will foster patient resilience and support their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Proven experience working with patients who have co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration and patient interaction.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and perform ethical practices while safeguarding patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and online communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. In addition to regular income, you will receive a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, a retirement savings plan with employer-matching contributions, generous paid time off (PTO), and professional liability insurance coverage. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is also available for qualified candidates.
