Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine the unique needs of each patient, considering their medical conditions that impact emotional and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to assist patients with co-occurring medical conditions, including, but not limited to, autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Our patients often face multiple challenges, and therapists are instrumental in creating supportive environments that encourage healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is required.

• Demonstrated experience addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Strong adherence to professional ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in using computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
