Coordinator of Data Quality, Advancement Operations

RMU is hiring a Coordinator of Data Quality, Advancement Operations. The role involves managing and maintaining data integrity within the University Advancement team, supporting prospect research, donation processing, database management, and assisting with event coordination while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Highlights Manage and maintain quality and consistency of data in Raiser's Edge database. Research and organize prospect data using tools like LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Research Point, Alumni Finder, AlmaConnect, and Banner. Enter and reconcile charitable contributions accurately for donor records and financial reporting. Support on-campus and off-campus donor and alumni events as well as annual audits and database migrations. Create and verify data imports and queries; assist with database issue resolution in collaboration with various teams. Provide guidance to students working on data management projects. Proficiency in advanced Excel and experience with databases and donor management software essential. Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in finance, database management, or technology advantageous. Part-time staff role, limited to 950 hours annually, non-benefit eligible.
