EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.2. Current state Physical Therapy license.3. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.4. Minimum one (1) year of experience required.Equal Employment Opportunity:
