Caring Caregivers LLC is seeking a motivated, dependable Sales Representative to promote our private-duty, non-medical home care services and bring in new clients.

Pay: $19–$24 per hour, plus a $200 commission for each new client signed up.

Responsibilities

• Introduce our services to families, senior communities, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and referral sources.
• Build relationships with social workers, discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations.
• Explain our services, including companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and errands.
• Make outreach calls, visit referral sources, distribute brochures, and follow up on inquiries.
• Coordinate consultations and assist clients and families with the enrollment process.
• Arrange approved community outreach and volunteer activities.
• Maintain accurate contact records, call logs, and follow-up schedules.
• Meet assigned outreach and sales goals while protecting client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Sales, marketing, customer service, or home care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable making calls and conducting visits in the community.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use email, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.
• Professional, compassionate, and able to work independently.
