Technical Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Analyst will bridge Customer Success and Engineering teams by triaging customer-impacting issues, leading advanced solutioning efforts, and ensuring system integrity through effective change control management. Key responsibilities Evaluate customer business needs and develop implementation-ready solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams Act as the primary intake point for technical issues, managing prioritization and resolution to minimize client disruption Oversee the change control process for Engineering deployments, ensuring system stability and compliance with organizational standards Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and root cause identification Experience managing ITIL-based processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions Proven experience collaborating with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams
