Key Responsibilities Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and equipment setup Troubleshoot and support Windows11 operating systems Assist with basic networking and connectivity issues Deliver strong customer service while resolving technical concerns Support device configuration, deployment, and maintenance Work both independently and collaboratively to meet support needs Qualifications Experience with hardware/equipment setup and support Hands‑on Windows11 troubleshooting experience Basic networking knowledge Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred CompTIA Security+ or related IT certification/degree Printer server management experience Familiarity with ServiceNow Experience with Office365 and Microsoft Teams Compensation and Benefits The pay rate for this position is between $18.00 and $24.00 per hour.
