Supporting: Large Financial Services Client


Location: Pensacola, FL (Onsite)


Assignment Type: Contract Only


Duration: ~7 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and equipment setup
• Troubleshoot and support Windows 11 operating systems
• Assist with basic networking and connectivity issues
• Deliver strong customer service while resolving technical concerns
• Support device configuration, deployment, and maintenance
• Work both independently and collaboratively to meet support needs

Qualifications:

• Experience with hardware/equipment setup and support
• Hands-on Windows 11 troubleshooting experience
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred:

• CompTIA Security+ or related IT certification/degree
• Printer server management experience
• Familiarity with ServiceNow
• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $18.00 and $24.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
