Salary Range "$89,200.00 - $133,800.00" Purpose Statement The Program Manager leads the tactical interface between the customer and Plexus functional areas. This position is responsible for leading the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and managing the day-to-day customer relationship. In essence, be the \"voice of Plexus\" to the customer and the \"voice of the customer\" to Plexus. Key Job Accountabilities Engage and lead the Customer Focus Team(s), ensuring that the team(s) understand the overall program contract(s)/goals, perform consistently, and are empowered to make decisions and solve problems as they arise. Lead engagement with customers regarding delivery commitments, quarterly business reviews, site visits and negotiating PPV and NRE. Lead systematic improvements in customer service and satisfaction in line with Plexus\' 5Es and Core Values. Leverage operational cost and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with support functions to proactively develop and implement solutions. Proactively leverage knowledge of financial metrics to identify risks and variances to plan and take action to mitigate such risks and variances. If there are direct reports: ensure the team demonstrates Plexus Core Values, focus on potential, succession planning, and development and coaching to help employees reach their full potential. Education/Experience Qualifications Bachelor\'s Degree with 6 or more years of related experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
