Business Program Manager Enterprise Agreement (Onsite, Sunnyvale, CA)

We are seeking a Business Program Manager for a global high tech company. In this role, you will serve as the business operations partner to the Enterprise Agreement (EA) Program Owner, driving execution, cross functional alignment, and operational cadences. You will help scale the EA business by coordinating priorities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders, while managing subcommittee operations, monitoring health metrics, and supporting new offer and feature launches.

This is a 40 hour per week, 12 month contract (possible extensions) role onsite at the client's office in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the EA Program Owner to coordinate strategic initiatives, track deliverables, and ensure execution of program priorities.
• Drive monthly syncs and enforce accountability across six cross functional subcommittees (Enablement, Product, GTM, Channel, Finance, Operations).
• Monitor program health metrics, escalate risks, and propose solutions.
• Maintain executive dashboards summarizing program progress for leadership updates and War Room meetings.
• Project manage launches of new buying models, offers, and features, ensuring readiness across functions.
• Facilitate cross functional meetings and workshops to resolve roadblocks and document actionable outcomes.
• Maintain partner and field facing enablement assets, collaborating with sales enablement and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within Enterprise Software/SaaS.
• Strong project and program management capabilities.
• Skilled in cross functional coordination and meeting facilitation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with sales processes, commercial operations, financial concepts, and enterprise business systems.
• Ability to operate independently while supporting senior leadership and driving execution across multiple workstreams.

Compensation: $61/hr - $65/hr.
