Bus Maintenance TechnicianWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Bus Maintenance Technician to join our team for a year-long contract. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude and a strong ability to maintain and repair Volvo/Prevost buses using OEM software and diagnostic platforms.ResponsibilitiesRemove and install bus seats or repair existing ones as needed.Utilize OEM software and diagnostic platforms to troubleshoot complex coach systems.Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and repair engines, electrical systems, air conditioning, steering, and braking systems.Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buses.Use hand tools effectively to complete various maintenance tasks.Essential SkillsStrong mechanical aptitude.Proficiency in using OEM software and diagnostic platforms.Experience with hand tools.Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex bus systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsMaintenance repair experience.Experience as a maintenance technician or engineer.Why Work Here?Join a team that values skill and dedication, offering opportunities to work on advanced bus systems with a focus on quality and precision. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
