Location: Irvine, CA. This is a hybrid opportunity with meaningful in-office collaboration, particularly during the first few months. Once established, attorneys may work remotely several days per week. Candidates must reside in California. Note: Candidates must be active members of the California Bar in good standing with no prior disciplinary record and have 3+ years of litigation experience, including personally taking depositions and drafting dispositive motions. Job Description Manage a diverse caseload of civil and business litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution. Draft pleadings, briefs, discovery, dispositive motions, and other substantive legal documents. Take depositions and actively participate in discovery strategy and case development. Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical analysis on complex legal issues. Prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, settlement discussions, and trial. Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on litigation strategy and client objectives. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other stakeholders. Maintain ownership of deadlines, case progress, and high-quality work product. Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing. 3+ years of litigation experience. Hands-on experience taking depositions. Demonstrated experience drafting dispositive motions. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to independently manage litigation matters and competing deadlines. No prior disciplinary record. Must reside in California and be able to work from the Irvine office as needed.
