Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Production Workers. This position is responsible for assisting with production operations, maintaining quality standards, and helping ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely
• Inspect, package, and label products
• Follow production schedules and work instructions
• Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report mechanical issues
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to life up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Willingness to work overtime when required

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing
• May involve exposure to heat, noise, dust, or moving machinery
• PPE may be required
