Responsibilities of the position:

• Provide friendly customer service
• Assist in maintaining a quality showroom
• Securing on time payments and collecting on delinquent accounts
• Convey information to customers and maintain a constant level of communications with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Upon completion of training should have a thorough knowledge of rental agreements, merchandise, and customer relations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
• Must complete the training program
• High degree of precision, accuracy, coordination and knowledge of operational procedures.
• Ability to reason & make independent decisions
