Principle Responsibilities:

• Conform to all requirements of Seyer Industries Quality System and any and all customer invoked quality requirements (AS9100, and NADCAP for example).
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Initiates productivity improvements through the identification of equipment, tooling and other innovations.
• Train personnel on procedures in Chemical Processing
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with 6S standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Aids in maintaining an audit and customer ready facility 100% of the time.
• Apply chemical coating to hardware in accordance with work instructions, and process route sheet.
• Clean/Strip processing racks as necessary.
• Process test panels as required.
• Assess part configuration to identify appropriate racking method.
• Remove processed hardware using good handling practices, and per the work instructions, and process route sheet.
• Insure processing line is optimized, and appropriate carts are in place.
• Present and maintain the department Gemba board to ensure accurate communication of key metrics, priorities, and continuous improvement activities.
• Aid other departments as necessary (i.e. Chemical Laboratory, Masking, and Maintenance)
• Aid in the development of processing recipes.
• Contribute to Wastewater Treatment processing
