Responsibilities include: Working closely with vendors, Equipment Engineers, Equipment Technicians and other tool owners to improve the overall area/ tool performance. Performing basic tool maintenance and repairs according to equipment operating instructions Providing accurate and detailed information for equipment logs, repair data, and tool status, at shift pass down Certification on tools Supporting the Thin Film - PVD area with other Miscellaneous tasks as needed Requirements: Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment. Personal Attributes: Teamwork skills across diverse and remote teams. Proactive and adaptable to shifting priorities for our needs. Expert in diagnosing and resolving complex issues. Must be self-motivated and have ability to multi-task in a high-paced/high stress situations. Strong attention to detail and able to work independently with minimum instruction. Work Location & Schedule: On-site at Camas, Washington, Monday-Friday. Position typically assigned to a 12-hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next. Pay Transparency & Other Compensation: At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $27.30 and $36.29 per hour. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $27.30 - $39.30 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC's total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
