Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

The Charlotte office of a highly regarded full-service national law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with at least three years of experience to join a successful team, and work in a friendly and collaborative environment. Responsibilities of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will include: Title and survey review Performing legal research and collecting due diligence materials Drafting closing documents, easements, conveyance documents, signature pages and other documents needed for successful closings Preparing closing checklists and binders Maintaining communication with all parties involved in transactions and coordinating closings Firm offers competitive salary based on experience, full benefits, generous PTO, paid parking, annual bonuses and more.
