Salary:

Werelooking for a driven, curious, and resilient Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our sales pipeline and drive new business opportunities. In this role,youllbe on the front lines of growthidentifyingprospects,initiatingconversations, and qualifying opportunities for our sales team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career or looking to break into tech sales, with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive.This role is onsite in Warrendale, PA 5 days per week.The team hours are 7:30am-4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifyand research target accounts and key decision-makers

• Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

• Qualify outbound leads to assess fit and buying intent

• Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives

• Maintainaccurateactivity and pipeline data in CRM (HubSpot)

• Collaborate with marketing and sales tooptimizemessaging and campaigns

• Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targets

Qualifications

• 02 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

• Strong communicationskillsboth written and verbal

• High levelof motivation, resilience, and coachability

• Ability to handle rejection andmaintaina positive attitude

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) or sales engagement platforms is a plus

• Experience in SaaS, tech, or a high-growth startup environment

• Proventrack recordof meeting or exceeding goals (academic, athletic, or professional)
