OPEN POSITION: Physician - Vascular & Pain Medicine SCHEDULE: - Full-Time - 4-Day and 5-Day Options - Monday to Friday - No Weekends - No Holidays - No Evenings - No On-Call COMPENSATION: - $600,000 to $750,000+ Annual Compensation - $250,000 to $350,000+ Base Salary, dependent on experience - Generous Bonus Structure (begins immediately; no threshold) - Malpractice Insurance - Health / Dental / Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off - Professional Expenses Paid - Details Negotiable LOCATION: Bethesda, Maryland COMPANY PROFILE: This physician-owned-and-led private practice opened in 2015 and offers a full scope of vein disease services in a comfortable, boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences. Being owned and operated entirely by board certified physicians, their offices offer providers the day-to-day autonomy of working in a private practice setting, while receiving the support of a larger infrastructure. With a talented team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, they operate nearly 50 offices in 6 states. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Physicians see an average of 25 patients per day with the support of on-site sonographers and clinical assistants, who also help with charting and documentation. Specific duties of the role include: - consultations - follow-up visits - development of treatment plans - joint, musculoskeletal, and pain interventions - radiofrequency ablation - sclerotherapy - laser ablation - VenaSeal - ClariVein The practice sees patients for, among other conditions: - pain and musculoskeletal conditions - restless leg syndrome - venous insufficiency - leg swelling / heaviness - varicose veins - spider veins The practice uses the NextTech EHR and is an all-digital environment with state-of-the-art equipment. The practice is seeking an experienced pain physician who is interested in learning vascular procedures. Full training in the listed vein procedures will be provided in the Bethesda office.
