• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a similar specialization
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the capability to secure these within 90 days)
