Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: This is an onsite position and will be working at one of the following locations: Waltham, Ma, Carlsbad, CA, or Pittsburgh, PA.
Duration: 6months W2 contract with high possibility of extension based on performance and depending on business needs
Pay Range: $40 to $45/Hour on W2

• Demand generation and commercial growth.
• This individual will partner with the marketing and commercial teams to execute **lead-generation programs**, including campaign coordination, lead capture and follow-up activities, and tracking program effectiveness.
• The Marketing Specialist will also support **tradeshows and industry events**, helping coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, pre- and post-event communications, lead management, and other activities that maximize engagement and return on investment.
• The Marketing Specialist will also provide day-to-day support for **Global Campaign Management (GCM)** initiatives, helping coordinate campaign execution across channels, stakeholders, and timelines.

• Developing and updating campaign materials, coordinating with internal and external partners, maintaining project timelines, supporting reporting and performance tracking, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, event marketing, and campaign execution is preferred.
