Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Blissful Balance Hub, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client privacy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for patients, enhancing treatment outcomes through integrated approaches.

• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to share insights and improve upon current therapeutic strategies.

• Providing education and resources to families and caregivers, empowering them with knowledge about mental health and care options available.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with patients in a hospice setting, which requires a unique sensitivity to end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
