Part-Time Office Assistant


Location: Alexandria, LA
Starting Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Every Thursday and Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM


Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant for a local company in Alexandria.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Use Microsoft Office programs for daily office tasks
  • Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers
Qualifications:
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Reliable and dependable
