Summary

Associate Program Administrator

5A (Monday-Friday)

Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales service functions. Receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges. Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for all administrative aspects of IMS programs
• Works closely with the Program Manager and with various departments to meet program delivery goals
• Maintains direct contact with customers and with operations personnel to ensure positive relationships are maintained and customer expectations are met
• Receives customer requests and prepares documents related to processing returns (RMA)
• Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems

• Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and cultivate relationships that establish SCI’s consultative approach and promote its total solution capabilities within customers’ and potential customer’s organizations 

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in direct customer service and administrative support duties
• Intermediate computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office required
• Possess strong time management and prioritization skills
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Possess problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficiency with technology and electronics strongly preferred
