Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience working within school settings, especially at the early childhood level, is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with educators, families, and other professionals
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to fostering the growth and participation of all children
• Ability to independently assess, diagnose, and implement therapeutic strategies tailored to individual student needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with teaching staff and families to maximize student success and inclusion
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and school guidelines
• Contribute to a dynamic, child-centered environment, supporting both students and educational staff
