Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP-CCC credential.
• Eligible for state licensure as required.
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams.
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate outcomes to staff and families.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support student development and inclusion in classroom settings.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input.
• Deliver both group and individual therapies based on students’ unique needs.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and continuing education in school-based speech-language pathology.
