Role Description This full‑time, on‑site New Business Development Executive role is based in Delhi, OH. The position focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector, including researching potential markets, targeting prospective clients, and developing strategies to expand the customer base. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals and quotes, and managing follow‑ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with existing and new accounts, collaborating with internal teams to align production capabilities with customer requirements, and tracking performance metrics and market feedback. The New Business Development Executive is expected to build long‑term relationships, support contract negotiations, and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage effectively with prospects, clients, and internal teams. Candidates should possess Account Management skills to maintain relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support repeat business. Candidates should possess Sales skills to conduct presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should ideally have experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing sales, with an understanding of production processes and customer requirements. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and Microsoft Office or similar software. Candidates should have strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to work toward targets and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
