About the Role:

STARS Adult Medical Day Care Center is looking for a passionate and driven Marketer to join our team in Camden, NJ! In this role, you'll play a key part in spreading the word about our vital services and connecting our community with the care they deserve. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote adult medical day care services
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and social workers
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Create compelling marketing materials, flyers, and content tailored to target audiences
• Conduct outreach in the Camden, NJ community and surrounding areas to drive enrollment and program awareness
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Represent STARS at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities

Requirements:

• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) 
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, healthcare marketing, or community outreach preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, or adult day care is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a must
