The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a(n) AI Product Owner , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Collaborating with team members, product owners and other stakeholders to build world class medical coding software. Working with stakeholders to develop and translate business requirements for assessing medical chart readiness. Leading team of data scientists and software developers to enhance our chart confidence pipeline with the goal of improving client automation. Evaluating team member recommendations, providing detailed feedback and assessing improvements. Reporting to internal stakeholders on progress and accomplishments of the team. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher AND Seven (7) years of product management experience in a software development environment. OR High School Diploma/GED from AND Fourteen (14) years of product management experience in a software development environment. AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: 3 years of experience working with cloud-hosted applications. 3 years of experience in a technical role such as software development, QA or data science. 3 years of experience working with machine learning or other AI software products. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Master's degree in Computer Science or related from an accredited institution. Onboarding Requirement: To improve the onboarding experience, you will have an opportunity to meet with your manager and other new employees as part of the Solventum new employee orientation. As a result, new employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment.
